Using the Platform
These conditions apply to every member from the moment an account is created.
Personal, Non-Commercial Use
The platform is provided for individual, non-commercial use in the pursuit of companionship arrangements. Reselling access, scraping data or operating an account on someone else's behalf is not permitted. See how it works for the intended flow of the platform.
Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported through contact immediately.

Age Limits and Prohibited Conduct
This is the most important part of the sugar dating terms and conditions - read it carefully before you register.
Sugar Dating is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and older; no account may be created by, or on behalf of, a minor under any circumstance. Age requirements exist because the arrangements formed here are companionship connections between consenting adults, not a service that can legally involve anyone below the age of majority in any state.
Connections made through the platform are personal arrangements, not paid services. Sugar Dating does not broker, facilitate or compensate members for sexual activity, and any arrangement that amounts to compensation exchanged directly for sex falls outside what this platform is built for and outside these terms.
- Coercion or pressure of another member into any arrangement or contact they have not agreed to.
- Exploitation, control or abuse of another member, including acting on someone else's behalf without their consent.
- Solicitation of payment for sex, or any conduct that treats intimacy as a directly paid transaction.
- Harassment or intimidation, including repeated unwanted contact with another member.
- Impersonation of another person, or a profile built with someone else's identity or photos.
- Misuse of another member's data, including screenshots, contact details or private messages shared outside the platform.

Responsibilities and Limitations

Your Decisions, Your Responsibility
Members are responsible for every decision they make on the platform, including who they message, meet and continue an arrangement with. Verification tools and reporting features are designed to support informed choices, not to vouch for any individual member's intentions or conduct.
Limitation of Liability
Sugar Dating is provided to facilitate introductions and is not liable for the conduct of members, including any physical or emotional harm, loss or damage arising from interactions or meetings arranged through the service.
